Twelve events were organised by our national chapters across Europe, providing valuable opportunities for members to connect both online and in person. The final two events of 2024 were the Luxembourg Chapter’s visit to the European Stability Mechanism on 14 November, where members took part in an insightful panel discussion with experts, including João Gião, General Counsel of the ESM, followed by a guided tour. In December, the UK Chapter hosted an online seminar on EU-UK dispute resolution post-Brexit, featuring renowned speakers Professors Catherine Barnard and Christopher McCrudden. We also welcomed over 50 young legal professionals to the Young Friends of ERA network in 2024, who continue their engagement with ERA and European law.
