On 12 June 2025, the eve before the 16th General Meeting of the Association, the German and Luxembourg Chapters of the Friends of ERA hosted a joint event in Trier. This special gathering offered a unique opportunity to explore the celebrated Moselle wines and visit Germany’s oldest wine cellar at the Vereinigte Hospitien. The wine tasting was accompanied by an expert lecture on “Exploring the Mosel Wine Region”, presented by Dr. Maximilian Hendgen, Managing Director of the Mosel & Mittelrhein Winegrowers‘ Association.
The evening concluded with a convivial dinner in Trier’s city center, where members enjoyed Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, engaging conversations, and a warm atmosphere.
On 13 June 2025, the 16th General Meeting of the Friends of ERA Association took place in Trier and online. Many Friends of ERA participated – either in person or virtually – to reflect on the past year, exchange ideas, and contribute to the future development of the network.
We warmly thank our speaker and all participants for making this two-day gathering a memorable celebration of European legal cooperation and friendship.
